Six kinds of work. Two of them jump the line. A replacement does not start until the estimate is in writing.
Jumps the line
Active leak repair
Call if a ceiling is dripping, a stain is spreading, or water is coming in during rain. On a live desk this job sits ahead of inspections and planned repairs. The form works too — choose Active leak so the request is marked urgent. This demo does not send a crew.
Call (555) 014-2792 first.
Jumps the line
Storm damage
After a storm we look at lifted shingles, missing ridge caps, and hail bruises that open the roof. Active leaks still go first. Storm damage that is not yet pouring in still jumps ahead of a routine inspection. This site does not file insurance claims or run claim software. A real shop may help you photograph and note the damage. Here, that help is a description on the form.
Call (555) 014-2792, or request an estimate and mark the job type.

Shingle repair and replacement
A repair is the right job when one area failed and the rest of the roof still has life. We look before we tell you it is a replacement. You get a window for the visit, then a written scope. Nothing is torn off on the strength of a phone photo.
Request an estimate and pick this job type.

Full roof replacement
When the roof is done, the next step is a written estimate — not a surprise tear-off. The visit confirms the deck, the edges, and what has to be replaced. Work starts only after you agree to the scope. This demo does not price a roof or offer financing.

Inspection and estimate visit
Use this when you want someone on the roof and a written estimate, and water is not coming in right now. Inspections are real work. They wait behind active leaks and storm openings. You should leave the process with a window, not a “we’ll call you.”

Gutter tie-in
Some leaks start at the eave: an apron flashing, a gutter pulling away, water running back under the first course. We treat that as part of the roof visit when it is why water is getting in. This is not a gutter-install site.
Call (555) 014-2792, or request an estimate and mark the job type.
Financing calculators and insurance-claim tools are not part of this demo. Request an estimate.
